The Piazza Fountain comprises an octagonal raised pool surround with bold mouldings with, at the centre, a pier with iron waterspouts, all surmounted by a ball finial. The Piazza Fountain is characteristic of the type of water feature that would historically be found at the centre of an internal courtyard at an Italian palazzo. The Piazza Fountain can be positioned as the focal point to a courtyard, parterre or even as a driveway turning circle. This recirculating fountain could also be used to enhance a large orangery or garden room where the sound of running water would provide an air of tranquillity.
This water feature is exclusive to ORNAMENTI and is made entirely by Italian craftsmen in Vicenza – famous as the City of Andrea Palladio (1508-1580), the hugely influential classical architect. Pump, plumbing and liner not supplied, leaving the client to select the optimum equipment for each specific project. Supplied new with an antique patina.
